Grilled Hatch Pineapple

Yields 6 servings

Prep time: Approx 75 minutes

Ingredients:

1 fresh pineapple, trimmed of skin & cut into 6 equal wedges

¼ cup Beasley’s Smokehouse Rub Hatch Batch

6 tbsp butter

 

 

Directions:

1.  Melt butter in microwave on a lowest defrost setting.

2.  Add Hatch Batch seasoning to melted butter and stir quickly to evenly combine.

3.  Grill pineapple wedges until grill marks appear on each side, flipping after each edge is complete.

4.  Remove pineapple from grill and quickly brush the buttery Hatch Batch mix over each side of the pineapple.

5.  Serve.
